****Rosemary Sweet Mint Raw Sugar Scrub****

Ingredients: Raw Sugar, Almond Oil, Raw Local Honey, 2,000 IU Vitamin E, Ground Rosemary Leaves, Ground Sweet Mint Leaves, Magnolia Blossom Essential Oil, and Sweet Mint Blossom.

Designed to exfoliate your skin, this sugar scrub smells amazing and is packed full of powerful ingredients!

How to use: Raw sugar scrubs are best used after a warm shower or bath, after you've given your skin time to open its pores. Using a Raw Sugar Scrub after soaking for 5-15 minutes under warm/hot water, will also make your old layer of skin easier to remove when exfoliating.

Step 1- Run hands, face, or body under warm/hot water thoroughly. If using on hands or as an all over body scrub, it is recommended to wait 5-15 minutes under water to prepare the skin.

Step 2- Wait 1 minute before applying sugar scrub so the skin is not too wet.

Step 3- Scoop amount onto fingertips and apply to supple, hydrated skin. (This amount will usually work for an area as large as a set of adult hands. Adjust amount accordingly.)

Step 4- Spread evenly onto skin in the desired area. (Let the scrub sit for 5 minutes for best results!)

Step 5- Rub the sugar scrub in circular motions for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Apply as often as desired. Recommended usage varies.

Benefits of Sweet Mint: Mint leaves work well as a mild astringent agent that helps to tone your skin naturally. It is potent to clear off the dead cells, removes the dirt from the pores and revamps your skin to a smoother, supple, and well -hydrated tone. In addition, it also retains the moisture in your skin by tightening the pores.

Benefits of Rosemary: The anti-inflammatory properties of rosemary extract help to reduce swelling and puffiness of the skin. It also helps to heal burns and soothe the skin. This herb's medicinal qualities makes it a powerful treatment for chronic skin conditions including dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Benefits of Magnolia Blossom: Magnolia has a calming and relaxing aroma that soothes anxious feelings.

Benefits of Honey: Honey is one of nature's most revered skin remedies. Thanks to its antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, it may benefit oily and acne-prone skin. Honey is also a natural humectant, so it helps keep the skin moist but not oily. This is because humectants draw moisture from the skin without replacing it.

Benefits of Almond Oil: Almond oil has been used for centuries to soothe the skin and treat minor wounds and cuts. It has been used in ancient Chinese and Ayurvedic practices to treat skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. More than soothing dry skin, almond oil can improve complexion and skin tone. It’s highly emollient, which means it helps to balance the absorption of moisture and water loss. Because it is antibacterial and full of vitamin A, almond oil can be used to treat acne. Its concentration of vitamin E can also help to heal sun damage, reduce the signs of aging, and fade scars. Almond oil soaks in quickly and is a powerful moisturizer, so it can be used on the face or body. It also has powerful antifungal properties.

Benefits of Raw Sugar: Raw sugar is a natural source of glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid(AHA) that penetrates the skin and breaks down what bonds skin cells, encouraging cell turnover and generating fresher, younger-looking skin. Glycolic acid is typically used to treat sun-damaged and aging skin.

Benefits of Vitamin E: Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that may be effective at reducing UV damage in skin. And vitamin E applied topically may help nourish and protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals. Pure Vitamin E can also help stretch marks vanish, and helps reduce wound scarring.
